Guest guest
Here's what I have in my " little black book " of remedies for arthritis. You could pick out a few and do further research, but these are testimonial results: Boswelia, fish oil, Traditional , yucca, MSM, zeel, elk velvet antler, glucosamine/condroitin, cetyl myristoleate, goji juice, DLPA, alfalfa, bromelain on an empty stomach, increase vita B, turmeric, cod liver oil, no night shade family foods, detoxification, alkaline diet, raw food diet, no grains which cause inflammation and no potatoes and no beans. Good luck, Kat In a message dated 2/1/2009 10:54:07 AM Central Standard Time, dscroggs writes: I was just wondering what I can take I'm 55 and have arthritis and am finding it harder to get up out of chairs and as the day wears on I am really aching and hurting in my joints. I had Rheumatic fever as a child and it affected my heart and my legs My legs ache all the time especially with weather changes. We are under a big winter storm now and my legs hurt all night. I live in Ohio and you know how our weather can be! My doctor wanted me to start physical therapy but was waiting till the weather breaks a little cause I don't drive in it. I also can't take any arthritis medication as it is too hard on my esophagus I have Barrettes Esophagus and they don't even want me taking aspirin. Any info. would be appreciated!
