Guest guest
As a 65 year old diabetic on insulin, I try to avoid dairy products. Question: Do the benefit of eating yogurt daily out weigh the negative effects of dairy products? (I eat a Activia light daily and drink Dan Active once a week.) Guest guest
Hi, I think Activia light has spenda in it, which is not good. I haven't checked the label lately, so it may have changed. Guest guest
I don't usually respond to this forum, but I will say something about dairy. I cured my newly formed cataract 4 years ago after I started drinking raw milk. It took about 6 weeks for the right eye cataract to go away. I have been drinking raw milk ever since and my eye sight is better than it has been in 50 years. It is not the milk that is the problem, but the pasteurize, homogenized milk that is the problem. This processing of the milk makes it useless to anybody. Kids don't have allergies to raw milk and it is a highly nutritious food. It is considered a perfect food. Pasteurized, homogenized milk is actually toxic to the body. it is like night and day between raw and processed milk. Either drink raw milk or none at all to be healthy.
