Guest guest Posted January 26, 2009 Report Share Posted January 26, 2009 I find relief by removing sugar, excess salt, processed food, grains and most meat, fish and poultry from my diet along with increased organic raw produce and exercise. Regular sleep helps as does deep tissue massage, yoga, reiki and aromatherapy. A good calcium/magnesium combo in an ionic fizz helps too!
