Guest guest
It generally takes me about three days to get rid of the caffeine withdrawal headache and about seven to regain my energy levels. Unfortunately, I have not found a treatment that helps with my asthma attacks better than a couple cups of strong, hot coffee, so I go through this process more often that I care to. Guest guest
Hi, I know the feeling - caffeine is especially helpful for my asthma too - but I have searched out some other herbal and homeopathic things that have been very helpful. Tincture of mullein twice a day works as a very good lung tonic and has similar healing effects as a Symbicort inhaler over time. Also for fast acting treatment NOVA brand has 2 homeopathic complexes that are especially helpful...one is Respiratory (for cough type asthma symptoms) and one is Asthma (for more severe asthma attacks). Both work almost as quick as an inhaler (amazingly!) Look into it and see what works for you. Hope it's helpful. Jill
