Guest guest
Hello all, I am new here, I think I have an infection right now, I am blowing green stuff from my nose, mouth and coughing up green this stuff. The problem is that I get this same infection every other month and I am so tired of taking antibiotics to treat it, because the antibiotics seem to do more harm then good for me. Is there anything that I can do to avoid this chronic green infection in my head, nose, throat and chest? It's driving me crazy! Are there any alternatives to fighting off an infection (like a cold or flu with green stuff) other then antibiotics? I currently take Hydrocortisone for my adrenal fatigue and some vitamins, but that is it. Thanks Mia
Guest guest
Try putting a few drops of virgin coconut oil in your nostrils (specially when it is clogged up), after a few minutes, spray it with colloidal silver. If you can afford, buy an electric sinus hydra nasal sprayer. It comes with nasal and throat wands to clean ones throat and sinus. It at websites. If you can't afford it then buy NeilMed Sinus Rinse kit. It comes with envelopes to put in the plastic container. Use distilled water so your nasal membranes will not hurt. Squeeze the soft plastic bottle as hard as you can so that the water would reach up high in your nasal cavities. Do not tilt your head while doing this. This will wash your nasal/sinus cavities as well as the back of your throat. You can do this wash every day if you wish. You can also use a netti pot and just buy the NeilMed packaged powder to add to the distilled water. When it is really bad, i also add a tablespoon each of colloidal silver and Swedish Bitter herb solution to the wash. Never spray when your nose is clogged. I use warm distilled water on my electric sprayer. Our air is so polluted that we need to constantly wash our mucous membranes. Hope this works for you. Good luck.
