Guest guest
Since I am very interested in alternative medicine, I am constantly asked questions from friends -- 1) The son of one friend is bi-polar but he is have a very difficult time with the medications. Does anyone have any experience with this disorder? 2) Another woman contacted me recently with Interstatial Cystitis. Another friend found both a diagnosis and great relief with an Chiropracter who did Applied Kinesiology. Does anyone have any experiences and remedies that brought improvement without using strong medications? Gratefully, Lynn Koiner
Guest guest
A good start for Bi-polar is a natural diet, very little sugar, no and very little dairy. Sticking with whole grains, organic food and lots of fresh fruits and veggies helps. For supplements here is what helps: Omega 3 fish oil about 1500mg daily Lithium Orotate 260mg 5-HTP 200mg Niacin (Inositol) 12g http://www.bipolar-lives.com/benefits-of-inositol.html Nagla , " Lynn Koiner " <koiner wrote: > > Since I am very interested in alternative medicine, I am constantly asked questions from friends -- > > 1) The son of one friend is bi-polar but he is have a very difficult time with the medications.
