Guest guest Posted January 3, 2009 Report Share Posted January 3, 2009 I've found another chart on the site of the Hay Diet and it is just a list of three columns of food. You can combine list #2 with the foods on either side but you should not combine list #1 with list #3. That seems to be a lot more manageable to me. It's a two page list so I cut the pages and taped the two lists together and I will peruse it before every meal. i notice that it is recommended that fruit always be eaten alone not combined with anything else because the digestion time is quicker, oh I guess you can mix ripe fruit and bananas with carbs.Anyway the results of this way of eating is so far very favorable.
