There are charts available online and I have posted three of them on my

frig but I have decided that the easiest way to follow this system is

simply to eat your meals one food at a time and wait for an hour or two

for a different type of food. for instance I had an egg and veggie

omelet for breakfast at 8am, 2 pieces of bread and butter at 10am a

fruit salad at noon a couple of mini muffins at 3pm when I got home,

I'll split my dinner into two servings one at 5pm and the last at 7pm.

That way the digestion is simplified without any conflict, which is

much easier on the system and more efficient. So far I feel wonderful

today and no desire to nap as I would normally (I'm 81). I've been

warned that I may feel sluggish as there will be some detox taking

place. Nuts are hard to digest (several hours) so there was trail mix

samples at the store and I saved the nuts and will eat them in the

evening.
