Food Combining

I have just discovered this process and I would like to say that it

seems to be working wonderfully well for me. I have found several

sites under this heading and I have posted three diffenent forms of the

information on my frig. I have had intestinal problems for 20 years

and now I can see a possibility that I can control this with this

information. I especially like that no prescriptions or even

supplements are needed. Just to manage the way I eat, as I live alone

I can do this without much difficulty and I would expect it will get

easier as I learn the system. In spite of all the time I've spent

looking for help this was new to me and I am delighted to have found

it, and I wanted to pass the information along to anyone else who might

need it.
