Hello,

I'm new to this site. Our family attempts to solve physical problems

by natural means, i.e. herbs, diet and home remedies.

 

We are hoping for some insight from those, in the know, on this forum.

My husband is having the following problems:

 

-swelling in both shoulders,right more than left [he's left-handed]

-shooting pain in shoulders and down arms, right more than left

-difficulty in raising arms, right more than left

-his range of motion [distance of reach and any twisting motion]is

limited by pain.

-his work as a machinist/welder is being hampered by this circumstance

-this shoulder pain has the side effect of preventing comfortable

sleep at night

---he has not been able to sleep in bed for more than 2 hours

intervals, he then attempts sleep in a sitting position until his

discomfort requires relocation

 

Does anyone have suggestions for at home treatment that could help?
