And one cannot blame a single foodstuff on things like marrying too early and having too many children - these are social issues - attitudes which need changing, not diet. In cases of earlier and earlier sexual maturation I would look to things like hormones and pesticides used in the food chain. If it is the only food or the primary food in a restricted and unvaried diet, then I would concur that that is not healthy. But that is down to overall poor nutrition.
