I'd suggest getting the book, " Treating Depression Naturally " by Joan Matthews

Larson, Ph D. It is full of questionnaires that help you determine what

nutritional deficiencies might be affecting your brain/mood. Many people have

been able to help themselves just from the info in this book.

" Moody " is a pretty general symptom.  Moody could be a symptom of many different

issues or deficiencies.  What else is going on?
