Oxalates tend to accumulate in places of old damage. Old muscle

injuries, arthritis, sciatica problems, etc. I learned on one of my

other health related lists that transdermal Magnesium helps to move

oxalates out of the body. I have problems handling dietary oxalates.

I only discovered this several years ago, so I used to eat a lot of

oxalate foods which caused lots of arthritis, and other problems. Now

I am on a low oxalate diet.

I buy nigari (Magnesium chloride used for tofu making) in bulk.

I make saturated solution which I keep on hand. I also put nigari

into my bath sometimes. Just keep it out of hair when shampooing.

Nigari makes for amazing knots and tangles in head hair. But does not

negatively ipmact pubes or armpit hair, so I assume it interacts with

shampoo.

I go thru about 3 or 4 five-pound bags of Nigari per year.
