DO:

 

1. Get Folic Acid (in Vitamin B): leafy vegetables, citrus fruit. (I take

Vitamin B complex).

 

2. Get Omega-3 foods: salmon, walnuts, flax oil (I take 2000 mg of Nordic

fish oil).

 

3. Brain stimulating activities: reading, playing musical instrument,

dancing, playing cards, solving puzzles.

 

4. Maintain proper weight.

 

5. Exercise.

 

AVOID:

 

1. Aluminum (avoid aluminum deodorants; avoid aluminum cooking pans; I get

3 hour IV EDTA chelation monthly)

 

2. Mercury (sources: vaccines, amalgam dental fillings, ocean fish) ( I

get checked yearly and get DMPS IV injection as necessary)
