Idea's/ Help for Chronic Sinus Infections?

Hi. I don't post often & havn't been reading much as I havn't even had

the energy to go online lately, & am desperate to feel better. Was

wondering if anyone had any advice on things I could try for Chronic

Sinus infections? I am on my second course of antibiotics right now for

a sinus infection that won't go away & am taking a decongestant & lots

of vitamins & airborne & extra zinc for immune system, but nothing is

helping. I can feel the infection getting worse each day(it is mostly

severe congestion & severe fatigue along with sinus pain & pressure) &

now I think it is trying to spread into my throat & chest & don't want

to have to go back to the doctor right now, as they will just put me on

another type of antibiotic & more junk that doesn't seem to help. Last

winter I had a super bad sinus infection that got so bad it went into

bronchitis & pnumonia & I had to go thru 7 courses of antibiotics to

get better! Don't want that to happen this year. Anyway, was wondering

if anyone had an idea's on natural things or home remedies I could try.

Grapefruit seed extract nose spray helps sinus infection. Goldenseal

herb will also work to dry up congestion.

It's important to figure out why you keep getting these infections,

food allergy testing, eliminating foods that you're allergic to can

really lessen the inflamation load and help your immune system work

better (remember about 80% of your immune system is in your gut, and

if you are eating foods that cause your gut problems your immune

system will not work very well).

Boosting your immune system is important, here are some things that

can do that, but you have to take them in sufficient doses.

Colostrum, Vitamin C, Reservatrol, super orac antioxidants,cayene,

and quericitin.

try ear candling. after trying everthing, it worked wonders for a

sever ear infection that i had a few years back. hope it helps, pam

Take a good colloidal silver.  I too  had sinus/ear infection and a doc  gave me

zitromax which did not help.  I took colloidal silver, an ounce, three times a

day.  It worked!
