Guest guest
Your report is very interesting, however I have a question. Baking soda has a ph of 8.5 which is vary alkaline. How can that improve digestion? Lemon juice has a ph of 1 and apple cider vinegar a ph of 2. These are excellent digestive aids if mixed (either one) with tea or water and consumed during a meal, especially high protein. Celtic salt also enables the body to produce lots of digestive enzymes.
