Guest guest Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 Hi Patricia, Every time I get heartburn I put a small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt on my tongue and it works like a charm. It also works to ward of hunger. If I get hungary for pizza or something salty I save a ton of calories. I lost 8 pounds the first three weeks I tried it. Be sure it is Celtic salt though. Regular sea salt is bleached and not good for you.
