Guest guest
I find that a tsp of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water with a little honey to taste is great for heartburn. Trisha in WA

Guest guest
Hi Carrie, The best tips here are unrefined sea salt, pro-biotics, HCL, which salt helps to make naturally, fennel, digestive enzymes, and apple cider vinegar, must be raw. That said, I would suggest to you that it should be considered that you may have a fungus like candida. I struggled with acid reflux for several years after every dinner. Hours of agony. All of the above tips are good but to get lasting relief, pro-biotics and anti-fungals are in order, and NO GRAINS or SUGAR. Anti-fungals include raw vinegar, oregano oil, olive leaf extract. grapeseed extract, GSE, for short. Also, drinking raw, fresh carrot juice may surprise some but it is a powerful anti-fungal. If you attack the problem, it will go away permanently. I have no more stomach ailments. Yeah! Lo , Carrie Johnson <carriejohnson wrote: > > > I have persistent heartburn despite diet change.
