every other day. Do a search on medline to see if there are strategies

for reducing side effects.

There is no way the reduce the devastating side effects of steroids.

Steroids change you body in every way imaginable and NOT for the good. If

there is anyway to treat it with natural medicine- I would take that course.

Natural medicine can help you and it will not destroy your body like

steroids will.
