Guest guest
Hello, Every now and then I get a very rapid heartbeat of 120 or so. My blood pressure is fine. I really dont think its anxiety. I went to the web site doctor yourself.com and started drinking pineapple juice with wheatgerm, brewers yeast, lecithin, vit c, and flaxseed oil. I drink this along with all the suppelments- vit e, vit d, omega 3, and magnesium -malate. Can any of you tell me if I should add to this or is there anything else that will help? We only eat organic in our house and I walk over a mile everyday, so I cannot even guess what is going on with my heart. My husband really thinks is just plain old anxiety but sometimes at night when I start to go to sleep it will happen and I cant get to sleep. Anyway thanks for any information...
