It is saying that there is 200 Million Pounds of Tainted Milk Powder in North America that was shipped from china. That the government is not releasing information on what companies used (and are using?) this milk powder in their products. We just don't know. I would advise everyone to be extremely cautious about using any processed food, especially that with milk powder. He also mentioned derivatives of dairy like cassein and even lactic acid...which is used in a wide variety of products that people do not associate with dairy at all!
