Forgot to add increase your bottled water intake. Drinks lots and lots of

water.

 

Try Aloe Vera juice from a health food store. Almonds, dates and figs are a

good source of fiber and helps constipation. Also you can try Psyllium Husk.

Reduce sugar and dairy in your diet and increase fruits and high fiber foods.

Also exercise.

I use to have the constipation problem during Menopause. I can drink prune

juice, it gives me gas. These suggestions above helped me.
