As a massage therapist, I was taught a trick in school for sciatica

and it has never failed. Just to be clear, sciatica is when pain

runs down the back of your leg. You will need a friend for this.

Lay face down, tell your friend which leg is suffering the pain, have

your friend make a big " X " on that butt cheek with their finger- one

line from the top spine part of the cheek down diagonially to the

outer leg, then the other line from the top outside of the leg down

diagonially moving towards the spine- where they cross- press with

sustained pressure- lightening up if necessary because most likely it

will be painful.

Best Wishes,

ionic fix before bed every night. Usually, within 24-36 hours, his

bowels are moving again. You might also try a colemic or theraputic

massage. I have not tried a colemic, however I know people that

swear by them. Theraputic massage does work well, in my experience.
