Guest guest
Breastfeeding is a natural order for mammals to feed their young that is why the milk is produced by the mother. The milk is made especially for the young baby with the right amount of minerals fats etc etc that is required by that baby. Scientific experiments have shown that if a mother has two children of different ages breastfeeding, the milk content of required minerals and vitamins changes in the breast for each individual child. The milk also provides needed vitamins and minerals to boost the baby's immune system. To produce more milk drink more water and eat more mineral rich foods - yes you guessed it fruit and veg!
