Guest guest
A relative was treated for a second-degree burn a few weeks ago, and we learned a bit about scarring. The staff at the burn center said if you can heal the skin within two weeks and avoid getting a scab (using antibiotic cream and moisturizer), you can probably avoid a scar. My relative did not need scar treatment, but when it was discussed we asked what the active ingredient is and were told it's salicylic acid (aspirin), which works by reducing inflammation. -- Maria -------------- Original message -------------- " Oni Grace " <fgokotete Recent Activity 47New Members Visit Your Group Health Healthy Aging Improve your quality of life.
