The Spoon Theory

This is so true that your spoon theory applies to other illnesses. When I

read your letter I immediately thought of depression and the fatiguing side

effects from the medications used to treat depression and other mental

illnesses. I am a mental health nurse and your spoon theory would be the

perfect way

for the person with mental illness to describe how they feel to their

families.
