    Anyone who has UC or Crohns needs to go to www.lucyskitchen.com   Also a

must is to read Breaking the Vicious Cycle,by Elaine Gottscall . My daughter has

this terrible disease. I found both of this to be helpful.

 

    Also try a little Aloe Vera jucie and carrot jucie. Both of these jucies are

soothing but start slow with the Aloe lg amounts can cause loose bowel .

Hello,

 

I've had colitis for 10 yrs, and in that time this has been my worst

flareup. 4 months or so. Prednisone, asacol and suppositories are not

cutting it. I was checking to see if anyone has had strong success with

natural remedies. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
