Aspartame, Diet Soda, Splenda.

Agave is a good sweetener. However, it is still a sugar so it would

affect the pancreas. It would not be as hard on the liver as white

sugar though.

This is really good to know...husband was diagnosed diabetic in Feb, and he

is having the toughest time getting and keeping the numbers down. He is on

metoformin 500 mg 2x a day and I have given him many herbs plus he is taking

Noni

Juice, but his numbers are not steady. Of course he recently had heart

surgery so is inactive which isn't helping.
