When I was depressed, I found them very helpful. Also, it is very important for you to force yourself to get out and do things even when ou don't feel like doing anything. The more you are up and about, the greater chance for recovery.Also, have you visited a psychopharmacologist? They are better equiped to perscribe meds than a general internist. I hope this helps.
