From my understanding, supplementing with Coenzyme Q10 is not a good

choice for most individuals since it difficult to absorb and expensive.

We are better off spending our money on more more direct forms of heart

health. Transdermal Magnesium comes to mind, since a large segment of

the population is said to be magnesium deficient... and magnesium is

critical to heart as well as bone health<>.

 

However, if you are bent on talking it, Ubiquinol sounds like the way to

go. There is a wealth of info on the web regarding it.
