Guest guest
Hi, I know someone who has crohn's disease. He is in his early 70s. His dr had him on some drug and has now added in some drug called Mercaptopurine. I know that there are better choices out there so I'd appreciate any advice on this subject. Are there any great books that I can mention to this person? Thank You! Susan

Guest guest
There is HEAPS of information about Crohns and other bowel diseases (not all useful - ie really really drug oriented). The best book I know of is " Breaking the Vicious Cycle " , by Elaine Gottschall. And a few websites to get whoever-is-interested started are: http://www.scdiet.org/ http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/index.htm http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/links/scd_links.htm Vivienne NZ
