Allergies, What They Are & How to Treat Them

Allergies and hay fever are among the most common maladies (disorders)

suffered by modern Americans {and others}. Every year allergy medications are

among the top five best selling drugs and if you count asthma, eczema and food

allergies, almost one out of three Americans has some sort of allergy.

Surprisingly, allergies are of relatively recent origin as even homeopathic

doctors in the early part of the 19th century rarely described allergic

diseases or hay fever. Many dramatic changes in our life-styles, foods, habits

and

the environment have occurred since then which accounts for this rising

incidence. These changes also account for the rising incidence of candida

overgrowth.

What Are Allergies?

An allergy is defined as: " A condition in which the body has an exaggerated

response to a substance introduced by inhalation, ingestion, injection, or

skin contact, often manifested by itchy eyes, runny nose, wheezing, skin rash,

hives, diarrhea, gas, bloating, headaches, aching muscles, joint pain, and

many others. Please note that these reactions are exactly the same symptoms as

healing reactions.

These reactions are created by the immune system, as a healing response,

indicating that it is working very hard to eliminate and/or minimize the

effects

of toxic overloads on the body, or the ingestion of a poison. Candida

overgrowth itself contributes over 79 different types of toxins, most of which

are

alcohol. Handling this overload is like trying to handle a hangover every

single day of your life until you get rid of the candida overgrowth. There are

many other toxic sources in our environment and foods as well, which add to

the toxic overload on the body. Some substances aren't merely toxic, but act

just like poison, which causes direct debilitating damage.

It is widely published that allergies are caused by a depressed immune

system. At the same time allergic responses and symptoms means the immune

system

is working extremely hard. When the immune system isn't working up to par, it

results in a total breakdown, so that bacteria, viruses or diseases, such as

cancer, are allowed to take over. However, a healthy immune system is

designed to destroy bacteria, viruses, cancer cells, etc.

Many people mistakenly assume they are allergic to many healthy foods,

herbs, spices, etc. because of allergy tests or body reactions, which doctors

also

label as allergic. Please note that almost all allergy tests are inaccurate

and they should not be relied upon to determine your allergies. Some

allergies are obvious, because they are caused by toxic substances, i.e. room

deodorizers, smoke, chemicals - in the air, body care products, cleaning

products,

etc.), smog, chemtrails, pesticides, etc. But allergies to animal dander, dust

mites, dust, mold, pollen, etc. are less obvious. However, not everyone

reacts negatively to these substances, which obviously points to a depressed

immune system in those that do.

It is a fact that the body can react to good unadulterated foods with

" allergic-like " symptoms too, exactly the same way it reacts to toxins or

poisons.

However reactions to good foods are not allergic reactions, they are healing

reactions. When the body receives nutrients it needs to heal, it goes into

high gear, doing its job of healing, which creates healing symptoms. The long

list of healing symptoms are exactly the same as the long list of allergic

reactions, i.e. increased mucus in all mucus membranes (nose, sinuses, throat,

lungs, intestines, stomach, etc.), headaches, stomach upset, gas, bloating,

difficulty breathing, inflammation, heart palpitations, swelling, rashes, hives,

diarrhea, constipation, fever, etc.

In fact hives are a healing reaction too. It is caused by the immune system

releasing histamines and other chemicals into the bloodstream to handle

toxins or to affect healing. Histamines causes hives, rashes, itching,

swelling,

and other related symptoms. Although hives may be uncomfortable, they are

generally quite harmless and disappear on their own.

Therefore, do not be alarmed if you get healing reactions from good foods

like eggs, coconut oil, butter, and other good unadulterated foods. If you get

reactions that are alarming or intolerable cut back on the amount and

gradually increase it.

Specific Causes of " Supposed " Allergies

Excessive Estrogens - We are living in the age of estrogen. The food supply

is laden with traces of herbicides, pesticides and petrochemical residues

from plastics, all of which have estrogen-like, endocrine (mainly thyroid,

adrenal, and pituitary glands) disrupting effects in animals and humans.

These xenobiotics, or foreign biological substances, have been linked to

abnormalities and cancers of human tissues that are hormone sensitive. Our

bodies regulate and eliminate estrogens by the action of detoxifying enzymes in

the liver.

Lack of Vitamin C and Too Many Refined Carbs & Sugars — One of the best

theories on the origin of allergies is that they are related to an imbalance in

the functioning of our adrenal gland. More exactly, when the adrenal cortex —

that part of our adrenal gland that makes various hormones (such as cortisone)

that mediate (regulate) the inflammatory response — is weak or underactive,

then it has to work harder to heal and it contains more toxins that need to

be eliminated.

Adrenal hormones regulate such functions as sugar balance, mineral balance,

and sexual development and they also cause inflammation and increase mucus

production as a healing response, which can manifest as asthma, weeping skin or

hay fever, depending on the site of problem.

Adrenal hormones are synthesized from cholesterol, and the adrenal cortex is

the organ in our bodies with the most need for the vitamin C complex and

good salt to maintain its function. Also, the adrenal cortex is very sensitive

to blood sugar levels and that consumption of refined carbohydrates {and

sugar} is at the bottom of many cases of allergies for both humans and in

animal

studies.

Poor Nutrition - The lack of proper nutrients in foods eaten and eating

foods that are damaging or dead (microwaved and irradiated foods) definitely

contributes to allergic symptoms, candida overgrowth and other disease and

ailments, including cancer.

Today's standard diet lacks the necessary nutrients to maintain a healthy

immune system. It is loaded with sugar, high carbohydrates, hydrogenated oils

and fats (margarine, Crisco, Canola oil; trans-fats, etc.), white flour

products, processed foods, food additives, preservatives, pesticides, and heavy

metals. Here's a fact about consuming sugar: " The average person loses more

than

90% of their immune function within 15 minutes of indulging in this

poisonous substance. This deficiency lasts for about 2 hours after the stress

occurs. " --Dr Stoll

The food pyramid published by the U.S. government was changed in 2005 and it

contains these main guidelines:

* Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat

milk and milk products.

* Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts.

* Is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium),

and added sugars.

The Canadian Food Guide is very similar. It places foods into four groups:

* Grain Products

* Vegetables and Fruit

* Milk Products

* Meat and Alternatives

The Canadian guides urge Canadians to:

* Enjoy a variety of foods.

* Emphasize cereals, breads, other grain products, vegetables and

fruit.

* Choose lower-fat dairy products, leaner meats and food prepared with

little or no fat.

* Achieve and maintain a healthy body weight by enjoying regular

physical activity and healthy eating.

* Limit salt, alcohol and caffeine.

The main reason these food guides are invalid is because they are made by

" so-called " experts with conflicts of interests! The main conflict of interest

is the food processing industry because they want to ensure high sales of

their nutrient-devoid foods and chemicals. Their main motivation is money!

There are many things wrong with these guidelines, as you probably realize

by now:

1. Emphasis on carbohydrates, which is too easily translated into a

high-carb diet.

2. Low-fat; man-made vegetable fats need to be eliminated however good

nature-made fats are critical for health.

3. Low-salt; table salt must be eliminated, however good ocean sea salt

is critical for health.

4. Lean meats; meats must be accompanied by enough nature-made fats or

it can make a person sick.

5. Low fat dairy products; high nature-made fats is very critical for

health. Also the higher the fat content the lower the lactose which most

people are not able to digest.

Dirty Secrets of the Food Industry - The foods industry spends millions of

dollars every year for lobbying, to get laws passed to help their industry

make more money by spending less time processing and to allow preservation

techniques, i.e. preservatives, additives, coloring agents, foaming agents,

binders, thickeners, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and other items that have been

invented that kill or remove nutrition from foods. These laws benefit the food

industry but not the consumer.

Microwaved & Irradiation Foods - Some laws actually allow the food industry

to kill foods by irradiation (a process where food is exposed to high levels

of radiation which disrupts the DNA of the bacteria so that it cannot

reproduce, thus extending shelf life; which is the same as microwaving), but in

certain instances they are not required to label such foods. The current

permissible radiation dosage is about 200 million times greater than a chest

X-ray.

When food is irradiated the radiation breaks up the molecular structure of

the food and creates a whole new set of chemicals known as " unique radiolytic

products " (URPs). These URPs include benzene, formaldehyde and a host of

known mutagens and carcinogens. Irradiation kills vitamins, friendly bacteria

and

enzymes, and effectively renders the food " dead. " It is therefore useless to

your body. In addition, radiation is used to clean up food unfit for human

consumption, such as spoiled fish, by killing odorous contaminating bacteria.

It also kills some friendly bacteria that naturally control the growth of

harmful bacteria.

There are hundreds of tests that prove the damage to humans caused by

irradiated foods. Short term studies were done on children in India, and blood

tests showed chromosomal damage to the children after 6 weeks. Short term tests

were done on dogs using irradiated beef; the dogs ended up with enlarged

spleens and swollen lymph nodes. Other studies, including those done under

contract for the U.S. Government indicate the possibility of immunotoxicity

(destroys cells), kidney disease, cardiac thrombus (a fibrinous clot that forms

in

one of the chambers of the heart), testicular damage and fibroplasias (the

formation of fibrous tissue). The food industry would rather irradiate instead

of

cleaning up their production system.

Since the early 1970s, hormones have been used extensively in the production

of beef and milk in North America, with hormone development research

starting as far back as the 1950s. As many as two-thirds of cattle raised in

the U.S

are treated with these hormones. The hormones are implanted or injected into

cattle in various stages of maturity. Hormones used in beef cattle include

the male hormone testosterone and its synthetic equivalent trenbolone acetate,

and the female hormone progesterone including three synthetic derivatives.

This synthetic form of progesterone shares similar characteristics with a

class of other molecules called endocrine disruptors that imitate other human

hormones in the body and have been linked to diseases such as cancer.

Hormones in Meats & Dairy - With tons of hormones injected into beef and

veal cattle, many of these hormones end up in farm run-off in the form of solid

and liquid waste. Sanitary waste treatment is seldom found on factory farms,

and many farms simply have waste settling ponds that are easily flooded.

Hormones can then flow into nearby rivers and streams, as well as underground

aquifers, eventually ending up in drinking water.

Fluoride is another big source of toxins. Fluoride in water, foods and other

products causes many problems, including:

1. It accumulates in our _bones_

prone to fracture. The weight of evidence

from many studies on this is overwhelming. Lifetime exposure to fluoride

will contribute to higher rates of hip fracture in the elderly.

2. It accumulates in our _pineal gland_

of melatonin a very important

regulatory hormone (Luke, 1997, 2001).

3. It damages the enamel (_dental fluorosis_

(http://www.fluoridealert.org/dental-fluorosis.htm) ) of a high percentage of

children. Between 30 and

50% of children have dental fluorosis on at least two teeth in optimally

fluoridated communities (Heller et al, 1997 and McDonagh et al, 2000).

4. There are serious, but yet unproven, concerns about a connection

between fluoridation and _osteosarcoma_

well as fluoridation and the current

epidemics of both _arthritis_ (http://www.fluoridealert.org/f-accumulation.htm)

5. In animal studies fluoride at 1 ppm in drinking water increases the

uptake of _aluminum into the brain_

(Varner et al, 1998).

6. Counties with 3 ppm or more of fluoride in their water have lower

fertility rates (Freni, 1994).

7. In human studies the fluoridating agents most commonly used in the

US not only increase the uptake of _lead_

(http://www.dartmouth.edu/~news/releases/2001/mar01/fluoride.html) into

children's blood (Masters and Coplan,

1999, 2000) but are also associated with an increase in violent behavior.

One of the unexpected results of water fluoridation was the multiplier

effect caused by the processing of foods and beverages using fluoridated water.

The natural food content in most foods is so small that its contribution is

insignificant compared with the amount of fluoride produced through cooking and

processing food in fluoridated water. However, that does not include the

contribution made by pesticide residues containing fluoride. Having one source

may not be dangerous but adding up all of the possible sources results in a

serious menace to health.

Soil Lacks Nutrients - Meanwhile most of our food is grown on soil which is

sadly depleted of it life-giving nutrients and many toxic chemicals are use

to fight off predators, insects and disease. Again, these are done to save

time and money, but they have absolutely no benefit for the consumer. In fact,

the reverse is true.

Toxins in Our Blood - None of us choose to have hazardous pesticides in our

bodies yet the Center for Disease Control found pesticides in 100% of the

people who had both blood and urine tested. The average person in this group

carried a toxic cocktail of 13 of the 23 pesticides that were analyzed.

Many of the pesticides found in the test subjects have been linked to

serious short- and long-term health effects including infertility, birth

defects

and childhood and adult cancers. The combined effects of multiple exposures are

unknown, but a growing body of research suggests that even at very low

levels, the combination of these chemicals are very harmful to our health.

Damaging Foods - A typical example of damaging foods is the milling of

wheat: " The milling of wheat destroys 40% of the chromium, 86% of the cobalt,

68%

of the copper, 78% of the zinc, and 48% of the molybdenum. By the time it is

completely refined it has lost most of its phosphorus, iron and riboflavin.

Wheat flour has been plundered of most of its vitamin E, important oils and

amino acids. White bread also turns to glucose as quick as white sugar (This is

the staple diet of the majority). "

" Enriched and vitamin fortified foods are an outlandish rip-off. Enriched

white flour has less than half the calcium, a third the phosphorous and

potassium. In one experiment 2/3rds of the rats kept on a 90 day diet of

enriched

bread died before the experiment was finished! " ---Paul Stitt (food scientist).

" Intensive research during the past twelve years on the relationship between

diet and susceptibility to infection, not only in polio but also in common

respiratory infections, allergies, tuberculosis, etc. has convinced me that

the human organism can protect itself against infection virtually completely by

proper nutrition. " --Dr Sandler 1952

In fact Dr Sandler in 1949 [during the polio epidemic] warned the residents

of North Carolina to decrease consumption of ice cream, soda pop, and

artificially sweetened products in hot weather. The incidence of polio dropped

by

90%.

Antibiotics - Scientists from the University of Michigan Medical School

presented findings from studies that involved laboratory mice. Results showed

that antibiotics might be responsible for producing changes in microbes in the

gastrointestinal tract, which in turn could impact the way the immune system

responds to common allergens in the lungs.

Gary B. Huffnagle, associate professor of internal medicine, stated that

antibiotics got rid of " good " bacteria in the gut, which enabled fungi {candida

overgrowth} to take control until the bacteria grew back after the

antibiotics were discontinued. Note: Candida Albicans is not affected by

antibiotics

and the lack of good bacteria allows it to take over and start overgrowing.

Researchers explained the relationship between the gastrointestinal,

respiratory and immune system in the body by describing how with each

inhalation,

pollen and dust particles are trapped and enter the stomach with the production

of saliva and mucus created as you swallow.

In other experiments, scientists found that fungi (candida) produced

oxylipins (toxins), which are molecules that could determine the kind and

severity

level of immune responses. This supported the idea that fungal oxylipins in

the GI tract depressed the production of regulatory T cells (immune system

response) for ingested allergens. This caused the respiratory system to become

susceptible to common allergens such as mold spores and pollen.

Drugs, Vaccines, Pesticides & Conventional Medicine – The fact IS no one has

acquired allergies or gotten sick because of a lack of drugs. Drugs are

foreign substances (toxic/poisonous) to the body, and are meant to " force " the

body to react in the way the drug intends.

The body will react in the way intended by the drug because it is being

forced into such a reaction. Unfortunately all drugs suppress the body's

natural

healing mechanisms (immune system), driving symptoms, disease and illnesses

deeper into the body, which will cause more severe illnesses and diseases in

the future.

" In the last century the practice of medicine has become no more than an

adjunct to the pharmaceutical industry and the other aspects of the huge,

powerful and immensely profitable health care industry. Medicine is no longer

an

independent profession. Doctors have become nothing more than a link connecting

the pharmaceutical industry to the consumer. " ----Dr Vernon Coleman

Medical doctors follow the principles of conventional medicine, which labels

and treats individual symptoms as separate diseases or illnesses. Often

natural healing symptoms created by the body are treated by forcing the body

into

an opposite reaction by drugs. If you have high blood pressure drugs force

it down.

If you have low blood pressure drugs force it up. If you have a fever drugs

force it down. If you have low temperature drugs force it up. If you have

excess mucus drugs dry them up.

If you don't have enough mucus, i.e. lacking tears, drugs can replace them.

And so on. But drugs do not cure health problems.

Drugs & Vaccines are Poisonous - " The pharmaceutical industry produces drugs

and vaccines that medical doctors sell to patients to try to " cure " the

chronic illness that vaccines and suppression of all infectious disease helped

to

cause in the first place. What a racket! "

Even when poisons have caused the body to become sick and debilitated the

modern medical community will not acknowledge nor recognize the " true cause. "

In addition they incorrectly label the poisonous reaction with a disease name,

making the public believe that such diseases are caught or communicable

instead of being acquired by poisonous substances such as pesticides and

vaccines.

Polio is a very good example of this. Polio is characterized by inflammation

of the motor neurons of the brain stem and spinal cord, and resulting in a

motor (muscular) paralysis, followed by muscular atrophy and often permanent

deformities, which is a common reaction by the body to poisoning.

The first polio epidemic coincides with the use of pesticides, which

happened in1887 in Sweden. The patent of the first pesticide sprayer was 1873.

The

polio epidemic in America in 1953 coincides with DDT (pesticides) spraying

used to kill disease-carrying mosquitoes. Yet other epidemics relate to the

administration of vaccines, which are also poisons to the body.

Poliomyelitis, as a clinical entity was very rare prior to the compulsory

vaccination law around 1874. After 1874, there was an explosion in paralysis.

And more people got paralytic polio with the use of the toxin anti-toxin

diphtheria horse serum in the 1890's.

In addition to the drastic vaccine poisons and the self generated poisons

from wrong foods there are a number of other poisons that are being freely used

that are known to cause polio.

The Lancet (Jan. 9, 1915) mentions an epidemic of polio that was said to

have been caused by raw milk. It has never been proved that raw milk has ever

caused polio or undulant fever or any other disease but the added poison

preservatives, i.e. formaldehyde, could cause many diseases. Pasteurization

companies capitalized on this incident to stampede some laws into operation

which

would prohibit the sale of raw (unprocessed) milk.

Pasteurization makes matters even worse because the heating process melts

the butterfat in the milk and this coats the calcium globules and renders the

calcium un-assimilable to a large extent. Rats fed on pasteurized milk grew at

only half the normal rate and developed various ailments and died early.

Calves fed on pasteurized milk died before maturity in 9 out of 10 cases.

Solanin, a poison that is formed in frozen potatoes was found to be the

cause of an epidemic in Ireland. The disease had polio-like reactions but was

called remittent fever. Old, sprouting potatoes and those that have been

exposed

to the sun in the growing period until the skin was green were also found to

contain this toxic substance.

Unripe fruit and ergot (fungi) from some types of rye have caused

gastrointestinal disturbances which affected the nerves, spinal cord and brain

and

caused a form of polio. A diet excessively high in grains (especially milled

grains) has been followed by deficiencies that terminated in polio as was

reported by Stockman and Johnson in the Journal of Nutrition, (Nov., 1934).

In fact there is much evidence to indicate that the " supposed " poliomyelitis

virus is synthesized or activated within the human body instead of entering

it as commonly assumed, which means that polio is not a communicable disease.

This is why the " germ theory of disease " is a totally incorrect approach to

treating human ailments and diseases.

The Germ Theory of Disease is False - Royal Rife showed that by altering the

environment and food supply, friendly bacteria such as colon bacillus could

be converted into varied " pathogenic " bacteria. For example, Rife also

observed that bacillus coli could in time be modified into the bacterial agent

associated with typhus, and the process actually reversed.

In Rife's words: " In reality, it is not the bacteria themselves that produce

the disease, but we believe it is the unbalanced cell metabolism of the

human body that in actuality produce disease. We also believe if the metabolism

of the human body is perfectly balanced . . . it is susceptible to no disease.

 

The germ theory of disease is such an incredibly stupid notion! It's like

saying that flies cause manure piles and firemen cause fires. Doesn't anyone

ever wonder why the doctors never " catch " all this stuff? In over thirty years

of clinical practice I have never seen an infectious hepatitis " caught " by

another member of a household and believe me when I say I really looked high

and low for one of those. If I found one I would look for a source of the

poisoning, not for a germ or a virus. The authors are victims of the germ

theory

propaganda that has about 85% of the world's " educated " population under its

" The only cure of a degenerative disease ever established, has been by a

vitamin, mineral, or essential food factor. No prescription drug has EVER cured

a SINGLE degenerative disease. While antibiotics can kill bacteria in the

body and have no doubt saved lives that would otherwise have been lost since

discovery of penicillin, this does not mean that the bacteria is the CAUSE

of the " disease " being treated nor does it mean that antibiotics are the BEST

way to handle the situation because Klenner (MD) demonstrated way back in the

fifties (published hospital studies, Southern Medical J) that intravenous

vitamin C in megadoses kills off ANY infection known to man (including tetanus

-lockjaw) without ANY harmful side effects. What is being treated when an

antibiotic is used... is the SYMPTOM, not the disease, but that is another story

for another day.

which results in cellular impairment and breakdown, thus paving the way for

Since the advent of polio vaccines, polio has not decreased as claimed by

the medical community. To cover their tracks they have merely changed the name

of polio to hide the fact that the polio vaccine did not irradiate polio.

Today, various other forms of the word " polio " are still used to describe

the effects of poisoning, though usually with regard to paralysis in animals. A

search of Medline ( " polio " and " poison " ) finds about 45 contemporary

articles where poisoning causality is attributed to polio.

" That the polio virus is the sole cause of polio is accepted by most people

as gospel, and that the Salk and Sabin vaccines eradicated polio in the

western world is etched into our collective consciousness as the major medical

miracle of our time.

But the history of polio and its vaccines is shrouded in a murky mist of

politico/scientific manipulation, altered statistics, redefinition and

reclassification of the disease, increased cases of vaccine induced paralytic

polio,

and monkey viruses transmitted by contaminated vaccines to millions of people

Multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, CFS, Tourette syndrome,

" learning disabilities, " Guillain Barre Syndrome, idiopathic epilepsy, and

many other neurological conditions may very well be just forms of polio induced

by these vaccines.

Salk and Sabin opened Pandora's box and we now have 72 types of polio rather

than three. But it will be a long time before you read about this in the

mass media -- what would this revelation do to the credibility of the

vaccination programs so fervently promoted by the federal and state bureaucrats

and the

public health doctors?

" Polio vaccine, not only did not wipe out polio, as the proponents had

claimed, but it actually increased it over 300% in some of the states which had

compulsory polio vaccination, and the polio was in the vaccinated. " --E McBean

" Had my mother and father known that the poliovirus vaccines of the 1950s

were heavily contaminated with more than 26 monkey viruses, including the

cancer virus SV40, I can say with certainty that they would not have allowed

their

children and themselves to take those vaccines. Both of my parents might not

have developed cancers suspected of being vaccine-related, and might even be

a later date). And the Sabin vaccine was a disaster. It caused many cases of

polio and showed no relationship to the disease except for an increase in

polio during the early '60s, caused by the vaccine itself. And now we have the

sensational findings from the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences,

In fact one-third of ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis or chronic fatigue

syndrome) cases are pesticide-related. A former government scientist estimates

that

more than half a million people in Britain are ill because of exposure to

pesticides. Dr Lewis Routledge, a biochemist who used to work for the Ministry

of Agriculture, has twin 8 year old sons who were seriously ill after being

poisoned with pesticides.

In an Observer interview, Dr Routledge commented: " At least a third of all

ME cases are pesticide related. Add to that cases of immune deficiency,

asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, food and chemical allergies, the 7,000 or so

farmers affected by organo-phosphates in sheep dip, and I think the half

figure is conservative. Even hay fever may be triggered by pesticide bound

pollen. "

1. Giving the body the nutrients it needs to detoxify and maintain

1. Do not get vaccinations of any kind.

2. Avoid exposure to radiation via x-rays, bone scans, mammograms, etc.

 

3. Change over to natural body care and household cleaning products.

4. Eliminate the use of plastics, Teflon, aluminum, etc. in cookware

and for storage.

5. Do not microwave anything you consume, and avoid irradiated foods.

6. Do not take any drugs or over-the-counter medicines.

7. Eliminate molds in your home.

8. Eliminate processed foods and foods that contain hormones,

antibiotics, pesticides, chemical additives, preservatives, etc.

9. Avoid all damaging foods such as all regular table salt, soy

products, and grains, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds that are not properly

prepared.

 

10. Obtain clean filtered water, free of fluoride, chlorine, and other

chemicals, which also contains natural minerals.

11. Avoid synthetic fibers such as those contained in carpets.

12. Avoid regular dry cleaning and finding safer means of cleaning

clothes.

13. Use natural hair dyes such as Henna.

14. Eliminate the use of deodorants that contain high levels of aluminum

and buy natural products instead.

15. Eliminating the use of room deodorizers and sprays, and candles,

other than bee's wax.
