Guest guest
Micki AFTER and only after you have you foot examined/x-rayed to see the problem you could use comfrey cream to help with the quick healing ( AFTER it is properly aligned etc.) Believe me, I was unable to check up on a fall injury (knee and ankle) as I was unable to leave my husband and get it checked out and now 4 yrs. later I am having so many problems with my knee/ ankle/shoulder only because I was unable to attend to it on an immediate basis. So get your butt to the dr. Fran > >~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > A few homeopathic remedies I take for pain is arnica and traumeel (which > has > arnica in it).
