I would suggest you get a Water Pic (well worth the cost)---that helps preserve

gums (massages gums and brings blood back creating healthier gums and it is

better than flossing as told to me by my dentist). After you have squirted your

gums and teeth, brush your teeth with a good toothpaste from the health food

store. I bought Vita-Myr which has CoQ10 and zinc in it among other things. I

had some nasty gum diseases going and after several months of washing mouth out

with the Water Pic, and brushing religiously the gum disease is gone.
