Guest guest
Hi try organic food grade only betonite. It's pretty nasty to eat. Don't use it if on any medications, the stuff draws out everything it perceives as toxic. Usually use no more than a couple of days at a time. People use it in different ways, often taken with apple-juice, you make about a 1/14 teaspoon mixed with waster and eat mud (in teeny pellet size) swallowed with apple-juice and oftenadded pysllium husk - though it's use is argued. My advice is try a very little amount, if it helps you, great, what helps you may not help everyone Cheers CJ 2008/7/22 Bogdan <bogie_bogdand74_: > > I know there is a clay therapy, where you soak a teaspoon of clay in > water for 8-10 hours and then drink the water. > > I tried to find therapeutic clay online and all I get is kids clay

Guest guest
Sounds just like charcoal. Maybe that would be an alternative? \ -richard- --- On Tue, 7/22/08, C.Johnson <johnsoncaro wrote:
Guest guest
it's argued Benoite is great because of it's amazing mineral content but without vitamins, to my knowledge, minerals are a bit useless- not sure though. Some people it every day and swear by it, others say it makes them feel ill. 2008/7/23 Richard Silva <silvaworks: > Sounds just like charcoal. > Maybe that would be an alternative?
