I'm sorry so many of you responded asking for the Qi Gong for Stress

DVD, but I only had one extra copy and I've sent it to someone already.

 

However you can buy it at exercisetoheal.com Also, PBS will do a

pledge program about Qi Gong with the DVD's host Lee Holden in the

fall (maybe November??) and you can see it there.

 

You also may find similar items at gaiam.com

 

They may (?) have it at collagevideo.com; they give previews so you

can see some of the video before you buy it.
