Guest guest
I like using both Epsom Salts and Magnesium Chloride. If I take a tub soak in Magnesium Chloride when I shampoo my head, the soap scum gives me intense knots in my hair. With Epsom salts, there is no problem. There are very expensive suppliers of Magnesium Chloride, but one can also buy Nigari which is Magnesium Chloride used for making tofu. Nigari is far less expensive. I buy Nigari here: http://www.simply-natural.biz/Nigari.php. There is a minimum order. I buy 3 five pound packages at a time.
