Guest guest
You can buy cinnamon extract in capsule form at any drug store. I just put a 1/4 of teaspoon of cinnamon on toast in the mornings or in a breakfast drink that I make with brewer's yeast. It matters not how you get it as long as you do. I take 200 mgs of chromium in tablet form but there is also some chromium in brewers yeast. I use brewers yeast from Lewis Labs. I have recently read that avocado sugar, an extract from the avocado, will also block insulin which seems to want to hang around in our arteries. I have not tried it yet as it is not that easy to find. There have been a lot of studies done on it. You may want to key in " avocado sugar " or " d-manno-heptulose " (which is the scientific name for it) and read about it. , " philip P.
