Guest guest
EFT & Homeopathy both seem to based on the assumption that physical ailments are caused by emotional issues. Has anyone tried both and had more success with one over the other?
Guest guest
With homeopathy I have found it to be helpful in the short term for coping with emotional upsets and traumas, relieving weepiness and stress, for example. I guess much like taking an aspirin if you have a headache. For me it seems to lessen the expression or the symptoms. I have found EFT to be effective for releasing emotional issues permanently. Deep held childhood issues, fears and anger, for example. I started learning my EFT with a trained counsellor, so she was very good at focussing on these issues and rooting them out and discussing them in addition to the EFT tapping. Then I learned over time how to do the EFT on my own for ongoing things like stress or anxiety over a particular event, etc. Or to just reinforce positive affirmations. And before anyone thinks the counselling was the main help... I have been through various forms of counselling over the years, and while this helped me recognise what issues I had, it never helped me let them go and release them, the way a few short weeks of EFT did. This is my own personal experience of course - I suppose others will have different experiences and opinions.
