IF you have thyroid disease, whether hyper or hypo it is a good thing

to get the antibody test done for the Hashimoto's. With the

alternative treatments I've been doing the last 7 months I have had a

decrease in antibody levels and have been able to cut my thyroid

medication ( Armour) in half. I am on a journey to heal my body back

to balance.

ALSO a must read for anyone who is looking for the " why " answers and

SOLUTIONS..The Autoimmune Epidemic by Nancy Jackson Nakazawa...in

this book you will find scientific studies backed by Harvard

University, John's Hopkins Medical Institutions and National

Institutes of Health. Ground breaking book on health in this country

( USA). Google the title to find parts of the book on-line..get the

book and read it. Absolutley amazing!

Be well....
