Guest guest
Hi, I would really appreciate some advice on ways to help reduce or eliminate the pain of my ovarian cysts. I have no insurance at this time and I have been dealing with this issue for almost 2 years. Every month during ovulation I have extraordinary pain on my left side. I have been to the ER before many times and have had ultrasounds done and all they can tell me is yes you have a cyst that ruptured and it is painful and it is common. Well I could have a hysterectomy when I have insurance but I really don't think that has to be the answer when there are alternatives I know. Again I appreciate anyones suggestions in this matter. Sincerely, Tiffanie
Guest guest
I have had excellent success removing ovarian cyst pain, with the addition of calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement. I had always thought that magnesium was what had helped me but I recently read that zinc was helpful in reducing the pain, and I have been pain free for 6 months after I added this supplement. I also discovered blackstrap molasses, after reading on earthclinic.com. Here is the link to the molasses cures and menstrual issues: http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/molasses.html#MENSTRUALISSUES >
