Guest guest
I have used magnetic therapy for years. Those bracelets really help overall pain from fibromyalgia, although pricey. I used the Nikken sleep pad with the magnets and the pad was too hard for my back. The shoe insoles with magnets were also too hard for my feet since I have some neuropathy from diabetes and back troubles, so they didn't work well for me. But, the minute I have knee or long standing back issues I go right into taping a series of magnets onto my knee, back, or wherever and it always works to get rid of the pain. I might keep the magnets in the same place for several days and then rearrange them into a similar pattern, like a triangle around sore area. Actually putting them in the shape of a triangle around the soreness seems to work. It also has worked wonders on my husband's pain. Sometimes we forget to use these magnets (and we have dozens of them in varying shapes), but when we remember to use them they work.
