Guest guest
Your numbness is a 'leftover' from the disc pressure against the nerve just alongside the spinal column. This works very well, but you must continue for 2-4 months to notice a difference. Stay on it! For relief with " neuropathy " : 1) Benfotiamine, 150mg capsules. Suggest 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner. 2) Methyl B12, 5000mcg, Sublingual. (One under tongue til dissolved). 3) Vit. B-Complex, 100mg capsules. One daily in AM. I have a foot neuropathy of 4 toes; this controls it. Best exercise forms: Swimming (NO crawl stroke, NO breast stroke!) Also floating in deep water by 'hanging' both arms over a kids' floating foam- " spaghetti " for 30 minutes [lets your body weight 'pull' with gravity]. Walking (in shoes that are not worn down): check all your shoes & chuck the worn ones or have lifts made to level them like new; if not, you'll probably find back trouble returning in a few months! Good luck! ********** , shanthi prabhu <alwarpetshan wrote: > > i had a disc prolapse on january 16th 2008.my right leg became numb.now after 5 months regular excercise and physiotheraphy,i have recovered from back pain.but my numbnesscontinues to remain in the peripheral region of right feet along with the little finger.there is absolutely no problem with me,.i am able to walk around ,squat and sit and sleep on the floor.can someone suggest & nbsp;best excercise or any other remedies & nbsp;to bring my little finger back & nbsp;to normancy. & nbsp;i am taking some nerve tablet and calcium suppliment. & nbsp; & nbsp;thanks. > > > Check out the all-new face of India.
