Your numbness is a 'leftover' from the disc pressure against the nerve

just alongside the spinal column.

This works very well, but you must continue for 2-4 months to notice a

difference. Stay on it!

For relief with " neuropathy " :

1) Benfotiamine, 150mg capsules. Suggest 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner.

2) Methyl B12, 5000mcg, Sublingual. (One under tongue til dissolved).

3) Vit. B-Complex, 100mg capsules. One daily in AM.

I have a foot neuropathy of 4 toes; this controls it.

Best exercise forms: Swimming (NO crawl stroke, NO breast stroke!)

Also floating in deep water by 'hanging' both arms over a kids'

floating foam- " spaghetti " for 30 minutes [lets your body weight 'pull'

with gravity].

Walking (in shoes that are not worn down): check all your shoes &

chuck the worn ones or have lifts made to level them like new; if not,

you'll probably find back trouble returning in a few months!

Good luck!
