Guest guest Posted May 23, 2008 Report Share Posted May 23, 2008 I would suggest getting D3 daily from cod liver oil, and Omega 3 from fish oil, rather than D2 and omega 3 from plants. I would get off BP meds as soon as I could do so. You might want to do some internet research on BP. I have no URLs handy but from what I have read, there is little of no correlation between high BP readings in women and risk of heart attack.
