Guest guest
Try a Nitti Pot (there are several spelling and several kinds) it works wonders. It washes the sinuses out and sounds like yuk but is very simple and not uncomfortable. There are several homeopathic mixes that are very good, do a search for 'supplements for sinuses or sinusitis'. Delene _____ Hi A co-worker has asked me for advise about treating sinusitis. I don't get it much so I'm looking for the experts! Can you tell me methods or herbs that you have used that work for you? Thanks! Guest guest
as for the sinusitis; as odd as this sounds, I take a tablespoon or two of raw honey, even better if the honeycomb is in the jar, a day... not what you get at the local grocery store, but from a health food store or a beekeeper... lots of sinus related issues start with an allergy..then go bacteria and linger for ever...if you don't treat the orignal problem the secondary one will hang on... the pollen in the raw honey builds up the immune system that is reacting to the allergy.... don't give honey to babys under one yr old.... lots of luck, I hate a yucky nose
Guest guest
We have bee hives and locals always buy this because only local honey prevents the allergies to local pollens. All swear that this works. I take HerbPharm Nettles Blend every day but it takes about 2-3 weeks for you to notice the difference. If I stop taking it, I have to start all over again. It needs to build up in the system. I do take the Oregano Oil and Olive Leaf Extract for colds, flu and bronchitis. When I travel through Europe in November, I would always get bronchitis but I no longer do. Hope this helps...Lynn - pjcustar Saturday, May 17, 2008 9:06 AM Re: << >> Sinusitis as for the sinusitis; as odd as this sounds, I take a tablespoon or two of raw honey, even better if the honeycomb is in the jar, a day... not what you get at the local grocery store, but from a health food store or a beekeeper... lots of sinus related issues start with an allergy..then go bacteria and linger for ever...if you don't treat the orignal problem the secondary one will hang on... the pollen in the raw honey builds up the immune system that is reacting to the allergy.... don't give honey to babys under one yr old.... lots of luck, I hate a yucky nose
