Hi

A co-worker has asked me for advise about treating sinusitis. I don't

get it much so I'm looking for the experts!

Can you tell me methods or herbs that you have used that work for you?

Thanks!

Nancy

What worked for my husband was eliminating food he was allergic to, and

same for my son, he also takes colostrum daily.

I take Colostrum, Querictin and vitamin C. When my son has an active

sinus infection he uses graprefruit seed extract nose spray.

Nancy,

Have your friend google " Neti Pot " and study up on that. It should

help to some degree with the problem.

I have had great luck using Quercetin with Bromelain. I prefer either

Bluebonnet's Super Quercetin(includes both ingredients and additional

bioflavanoids) or NOW Quercetin w/Bromelain. I like to take mine in the

morning on an empty stomach and before bed. I also use a Neti Pot.

Good luck to your co worker!

I get stuffed up sinuses often. I use my facial mister and put in

Eucalyptus and Rosemary essential oils. Really helps!

I use a netipot too - with saline solution in it.

When I do get a sinus infection I take Oil Of Oregano capsules (OOO) - the

OOO is good for any infection and is good topically too when you have a cut

or infection.

Neti pots are great. It is best to get to the root of it. Almost

all diseases start in the colon. Keep a clean colon. Keep away from

sugar, especially white sugar. Sugar feeds candida. One study was

done in which 96% of the people tested and had allergies, had mold in

their sinuses. Garlic is one of the best things for allergies. Don't

eat chemicals or anything you cannot pronounce. Nettles, especially

freeze dried are good for allergies. Eat lots of veggies and DO NOT

eat fried foods. They are hard on the liver.
