Guest guest
Hi everyone, I don' tknow who wrote this so I can't address anyone, but in regard to the kidney failure and meds: It doesn't have to be more that one dr. I work at an assisted living facility and give the meds. In the morning at breakfast time, I am giving some people 12-14 meds at a time and they are mostly all prescribed by ONE dr. They don't take time to go over them by themselves OR with a pharmacist, they just order more. If one of us notes what we think may be a problem with one or two of the meds., we get looked at over the glasses (in other word mind your own business) and we wonder why they have kidney failure, and besides that they drink hardly any water through out the day. OK I am off my soap box now. Fran ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > Sadly I think the contraindicated medications thing happens all too > often.
