Guest guest
I'm presently using curcumin for some mast cell tumors on my dog. Curcumin cuts off the blood supply to the growing tumor as well as causes tumor death (mediated apoptosis). The tumors are supposed to turn black within a week or so and disappear. The dosage to start with is 80 mg/kg/day, or 400 mg twice a day for a 25 lb dog. This dose killed some but not all of the tumors in the article I have, so they increased to 120 mg/kg/day, which is the highest they could go without toxicity. Today is Day 4 and I have not seen anything unusual yet. I am slowly increasing the dose. Do a google search and see what you come up with.
