It tends to start in the early or mid-morning, and gets worse as the day goes on- sometimes it'll leave me feeling weak and shaky as well as very ill. It does not go away despite panadol or anti-nausea medicine. When I am lucky i'll go to bed and wake-up ok the next day feeling better, though other times it has been known to go on for over a week. I'm not pregnant. and my blood tests are coming back fine. Apparently I have mild gastritis and i also have poly-cystic overian syndrome though apparently none of these explain my symptoms. Guest guest
Whats your diet? That's a good place to begin looking for the answer- you know " junk in junk out " . Most folks eat way too much grease, sugar, and dead stuff- ie blood bearing meat such as pork or beef. Try avoiding all processed foods and alcohol for a week and see how you feel. Those damn chemicals that they put in processed foods don't make folks feel good either! Stop drinking sodas or such and drink water, lots of it. Personally, I would clean myself out for a day or so, then take juice or light broth. Then eat raw veggies- carrots, apples; and chicken or fish. (And this should not be taken as medical advice or the advice of a medical professional, etc.) Michael On Behalf Of ann morrongiello Friday, April 11, 2008 8:10 PM Re: << >> Unexplained nausea...
